Overview
Our support services provide unlimited, tiered support based on how many devices you have enrolled within your organisation. In order for our support team to deliver the highest possible level of support and to ensure managed production devices are stable within your environment, we require vendor support on all installed software. All support is also subject to Software requirements for datajar.mobi. This is not an exhaustive list and additional titles may be added at any time if we deem them unsupportable.
Vendor support
For the sake of clarity, "vendor support" means any operating system, software title, inclusive of printer drivers installed by our platform or any device with our management agent installed that is supported by our team on an unlimited support tier must adhere to the software vendors' minimum requirements. Please review the common vendor support section below to see a list of common vendors we work with and their minimum requirements.
Licensing
Our platform is designed to support high density, high volume deployments of Apple devices. As such, all software deployed must support volume licensing. In order to support our customers we reserve the right to decline to deploy individually licensed software titles. Our experienced team will always advise on the best route forward to get your software titles correctly deployed and configured.
Please note: Obtaining and maintaining all necessary licences, permissions and consents which may be required for software deployment and use would be the responsibility of the customer.
