In order to onboard your Apple devices onto the datajar.mobi service, they will need to be erased and the relevant OS reinstalled. This KB article details the various methods available to you.
Erasing and reinstalling iOS devices
From your current MDM server (individually or in bulk)
1) Log into your current MDM provider that your iOS device/s are enrolled
2) Select the device records you wish to erase
3) Select "Remote Wipe"
4) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.

From the device
Please Note: This may be blocked / hidden by your current MDM solution.
1) Launch the "Settings" App
2) Tap "General"
3) Scroll down and tap "Reset"
4) Tap "Erase all content and settings"
5) Tap "Confirm"
6) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.

From a Mac or PC (individually or in bulk)
1) Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC
2) Connect your iOS device/s
3) If you're asked for your passcode or to trust the computer, follow the onscreen steps
4) Select your device when it appears in iTunes
5) In the Summary page, click "Restore [device]"
6) Click "Restore" again to begin the process
7) iTunes will now restore the device to factory defaults and update the iOS
8) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.

1) Log into your current MDM provider that your tvOS device/s are enrolled
2) Select the device records you wish to erase
3) Select "Remote Wipe"
4) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.

From the device

2) Select"System"
3) Select "Reset"
4) Click "Reset" or "Reset All Settings"
5) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.

From a Mac or PC (individually or in bulk - Apple TV HD or earlier)
Please Note: You will need a USB-C cable (for Apple TV HD) or a Micro-USB cable (for Apple TV 3rd Generation or earlier)
1) Unplug the HDMI and power cable from the device
2) Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC
3) Plug the correct USB cable into your device, and into your Mac or PC
4) If you don't see the Apple TV Summary page in iTunes, click the Apple TV logo in the upper-left corner
5) Click "Restore Apple TV" in iTunes
6) iTunes will now restore the device to factory defaults and update the tvOS
7) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.

Erasing and reinstalling macOS devices
From your current MDM server (individually or in bulk)
1) Log into your current MDM provider that your macOS device/s are enrolled
2) Select the device records you wish to erase
3) Select "Remote Wipe" and provide a lock code
4) The devices will restart, lock and start wiping the local data
5) Enter the code to unlock the device
6) Follow the steps below ("Erasing and reinstalling macOS devices - From the device")

From the device
1) Shut down the Mac
2) Hold down the Command (⌘)-R Keys and turn the Mac on
3) Select "Disk Utility"
4) From the Menu Bar, choose "View" then "Show All Devices"
5) Select the first item below "internal" in the left hand bar
6) Click the "Erase" button
7) Set the Name to "Macintosh HD"
8) Leave the Format and Scheme at their default values
9) Click "Erase"
10) Once complete, quit Disk Utility
11) Select "Reinstall macOS"
12) Click "Continue" and follow the onscreen instructions to start the install
13) This may restart a few times during the installation
14) The device/s should now be ready for deployment.
