The datajar.mobi service requires all connectivity to/from our cloud to be secured using SSL. If you require authentication from your Active Directory LDAP service, please complete the following:
- First ensure LDAP(S) has been enabled on within your Active Directory environment, this must be done using a public certificate.
- Ensure TCP port
636is open inbound to a domain controller/read-only domain controller/LDAP server from185.43.40.101 - Ensure a valid service account is created within your domain and provided to dataJAR, this service account will typically only need to be a domain user with a non-expiring password.
