Overview
This article outlines the process for adding Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for your dataJAR ID account. MFA adds an extra layer of security and is strongly recommended. Once set up, to log into the required service your account must be verified by clicking a link sent to your email or using the security code within the email. We strongly recommend utilising this extra security feature to protect your dataJAR ID.
Please note, your dataJAR ID is used by existing .mobi customers for accessing Jamf Insights.
New customers will need to log into Jamf Insights using Jamf ID.
If you need support with creating your dataJAR ID or any other support accessing Jamf Insights, please contact our Services team.
