At the network layer, our network is protected by Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to proactively monitor and detect threats. Email communication is securely encrypted and scanned for the presence of viruses.

Definition updates for malware are automated with scheduled scans occuring every two hours.
Our entire operational platform has snapshots taken at regular intervals and is encrypted at rest on separate infrastructure. Additionally, databases are backed up to Amazon Web Services (Ireland) every four hours, with a 30 day retention and AES-256 encryption applied at rest. Furthermore, all organisational owned devices are backed up to the cloud.
