Secure areas
Assessments have been performed on all our buildings and offices to identify any security risks. Our risk management strategy is to transfer data storage to external partners. All operational systems are within tier three data centres supported by Software-as-a-Service (S-a-a-S) and Platform-as-a-Service (P-a-a-S) providers.
While most staff work remotely, our offices are covered by CCTV and locked, with access only provided to those staff that require it for legitimate business purposes.
Equipment
Whether within our offices or working remotely, equipment is positioned to ensure the least amount of risk in terms of out of view of windows and common walkways.
There are processes in place for removing assets and how they must be managed.
There are clear desk and screen requirements documented within the Acceptable Use Policy.
