We do not include all requirements in a single Information Security Policy. This is used as an overarching requirement and is underpinned by a list of additional policies as documented.
The policies are reviewed annually as a minimum, also when legislation changes occur or when the business environment necessitates. These are approved by the Management Team with the exception of the Privacy Policy, which is signed off by the Legal Counsel.
All policies and other informative documents relating to information security are available to our staff via our portal and for clients via this knowledge base.
All the following controls referenced, policies and requirements are audited both internally and as part of our ISO 27001:2013 certification.
