Overview
The Duo Device Health and Duo Desktop Applications have additional requirements which must be met in order for it to be utilised and implemented successfully for customers using Auto-Update. This article outlines these requirements.
Requirements
To enable installation of The Duo Device Health and Duo Desktop Applications via Auto-Update, we have followed a step detailed under the header titled 'Scripted or Managed Deployment > macOS 11 and Later' within the below article: https://duo.com/docs/device-health.
This means that for macOS 11 and onwards, Auto-Update will:
- Create an empty file located at /Library/Application Support/Duo/Duo Device Health/DisableMacOS11CertManagement prior to attempting installation of the Duo Device Health Application title.
